Name
When you sign up for a shift it will require a first and last name, it doesn’t have to be your legal name, but please be use the same name for all the shifts you sign-up for and make sure that it is a name that other people in the collective know you by, so that if someone needs to switch shifts they can reach out to the right person.
E-mail Reminder
If you would like to receive an email reminder the day before the shifts you sign-up for, enter a working email address when you sign-up for a shift. This is optional.
